FlashFrame provides high-quality photobooth rentals for weddings, parties, and corporate events. We aim to make renting a photobooth as easy as possible. We are based in Northern Virginia, and we travel from Richmond to Baltimore. Our team has several years of experience in event production, and we love helping people throw great parties. HOW IT WORKS
The booth
The FlashFrame booth is an open-air standalone system. The camera and touchscreen rest on top of the photo printer, and we assemble the light and backdrop separately. The photobooth is not a large box – we’ve found the open-air booth to be more inviting and easier to use. We provide unlimited prints for guests to take home, and it’s easy to send photos directly to a phone. We can print duplicates for guestbooks and we upload all photos to an online gallery.
THE PROPS
Over the last two years our collection of props has grown from a few funny hats to a bizzare collection of oddities from various sources. We’ve scoured prop shops, toy stores, vintage markets and every section of Wal-Mart to find props for our collection. We have giant scissors, rubber chickens, cash stacks, ski goggles, horse heads, hats, glasses, goggles, and more. We challenge you to find another photobooth with better props.

Our background is in wedding photography, and we have years of experience in event production. We’re comfortable working alongside other vendors, and our experience helps us to navigate any situation that may arise. WHERE IS FLASHFRAME BASED?
FlashFrame is based in Winchester, Virginia. Most of our work is in the northern Virginia area.
HOW LONG DOES THE BOOTH TAKE TO SET UP?
The FlashFrame booth takes about 30 minutes to get set up. We like to arrive at events at least one hour prior to shooting the first photo. We need a minimum space of 12′ x 12′ to set up the booth, and we’ll need access to one electrical outlet. We bring an extension cord.
HOW FAR WILL FLASHFRAME TRAVEL?
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?
We ask for a 50% deposit to hold dates on our calendar. The reamining 50% is due on the day of the shoot. We accept credit card and ACH transfer payments through our online invoicing system. We also accept check, cash, Venmo, and Bitcoin. Please make all checks out to FlashFrame LLC.
